该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.模具的结构设计及优化，确保模具设计符合产品精度要求 2.主导模具DFM分析，完成至少10套复杂模具的全流程设计开发 3.协调模具制造、试模及量产过程，将模具交付周期缩短15%以上 4.建立模具设计标准库，提升团队设计效率20% 任职要求： 1.机械设计或模具相关专业大专以上学历，5年以上精密模具设计经验 2.精通3C电子产品模具结构，液冷散热模具实际项目经验 3.熟练使用UG/NX、AutoCAD等设计软件，掌握模流分析基础 4.熟悉模具加工工艺，能独立解决试模中的技术问题
