工作職責
管理分店水吧營運及人事工作，監管分店水吧出品標準，確保分店水吧運作暢順
需到不同分店視察及進行水吧管理工作，包括督導人力編排及培訓等以保持整體運作流暢;
了解各餐廳物資的消耗情況，控制成本，降低消耗。
工作要求
熟悉餐廳水吧一般運作;
5年或以上餐廳水吧管理經驗;
具備良好溝通技巧
曾於連鎖餐廳工作為佳
