What they need
- Guide parents to understand suitable learning options and course recommendations for their child
- Communicate via reply / calls / Zoom to understand needs and provide appropriate academic guidance
- Follow up with parents regularly to provide clear information and ongoing support
- Record all communication details accurately in the system
- Improve consultation scripts, SOPs, and communication flow based on real cases
JOB REQUIREMENT
Education:
- SPM graduate or Diploma/Degree (in any field)
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in interpersonal communication roles (promoter experience is acceptable)
Skills & Traits:
- Good at communication and negotiation
- Able to use simple Google Suite
- Results-focused, proactive, and organized
Working Time:
Fri to Sun : 7pm-11pm
Work from Home (WFH) with one required office visit per week at our office.
