- 独立负责业务部门招聘需求收集、人才搜寻、面试等工作，高效高质的完成所支持部门的招聘工作
- 参与需求岗位的招聘运作，促成招聘决定、录用商谈，确保候选人顺利入职
- 根据业务需求和部门招聘需求实行招聘方案
- 参与部门人才规划讨论，给出符合团队/业务发展所需的人才计划方案
职位要求：
- 本科及以上学历，2年及以上招聘经验，有互联网行业/猎头经验优先
- 具备良好的业务理解能力，熟悉业务逻辑，贴近业务
- 熟悉招聘流程，熟练运用各种招聘工具和技巧
- 团队合作精神，主动性强，对人对事有自己的独立判断和见解，并主动沟通以推动或执行
- 致力往业务型HR角色发展
