该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.配合研发需求，对所属设备进行测试、改进 2.设备日常维护、保养、诊断与排除故障、设备校准、参数优化性能提升 3.执行日常点检、PM 4.新设备安装调试 5.技术文档与报告撰写,建立设备管理文件 6.跨部门协作，解决测试、改造过程中遇到的问题 任职要求： 1.半导体&面板湿制程设备/炉管工作经验2年及以上 2.理解WET/ECP/Fur工艺需求及对设备的要求 3.熟悉设备原理及构造 4.熟悉主流设备(TEL/DNS/LAM)类型，并了解其机械、管路、电控系统 6.熟悉设备管路、电气连接，并测试 7.现场安全操作及管理 8.本科及以上学历
