该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、负责公司日常法律文件的初步审核； 2、配合公司投融资、上市相关法律尽调工作； 3、协助相关部门完成文件管理、归档工作； 4、协助办理公司治理等事项； 5、根据公司现有业务情况对接其他部门，提供法律支持； 6、完成领导交办的其它工作。 任职要求： 1、统招本科以上学历，法律专业； 2、具有较强的团队精神，善于沟通，工作积极主动，踏实肯干。 9:00—6:00 12-13午休 每周到岗3天以上 工作氛围融洽 工作环境舒适 完成任务不内卷
