该职位来源于猎聘 1、参与激光器射频激励系统设计与开发 2、参与搭建射频电路原型、调试与测试，并能处理使用过程中的问题 3、与光学、机械、工艺等多学科团队紧密合作，确保射频系统与其他器件的兼容性和整体性能 4、撰写射频激励系统研发过程中的设计文档、测试报告、技术规范等 1、 本科及以上学历，电子工程、电磁场与微波技术等相关专业，3年以上射频电路工作经验 2、熟悉射频/微波基础理论知识，有激光器射频电路实际设计、调试和故障排除经验优先， 熟悉高功率器件特性及应用 3、熟练掌握至少一种专业仿真软件（ADS；HFSS；CST等）进行电路电磁仿真 4、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，有较强的学习与问题解决能力
