• Bachelor or above, major in Materials Science & Engineering, Materials Physics, Vacuum Technology, Polymer Materials, Applied Physics, Power Electronics or related fields 大学本科及以上，主修材料科学与工程、材料物理、真空技术、高分子材料、应用物理、电力电子等相关专业 CET-4 or above / English Proficiency Certificate (Level 4 or above) / 英语四级以上证书
• EXPERIENCE / 经验
• Min. 2 years' experience in metallization film profile design, familiar with process of PP/polyester film metallization

2年及以上薄膜电容器金属化薄膜结构设计研发经验，熟悉聚丙烯/聚酯薄膜金属化生产流程

• Preferred experience on film capacitor product development and application 具有薄膜电容产品研发和应用工作经验优先
• Prior experience in new product launch, material release is preferred 有新产品开发、新材料放行经验优先
• SKILLS / 技能
• Good PC skill to work with for Excel, Word and Power Point. /

熟练使用Excel, Word和Power Point的相关技能

• Good skill with fluent English communication, convey ideas and conduct technical discussion with others. /

英语表达流利并具备良好的技术交流能力。

• Familiarity with Design of Experiments (DOE), single-factor experiments, and orthogonal experiments, and proficiency in using Minitab/JASP data analysis tools are preferred /

熟悉实验设计DOE、单因子变量实验、正交试验，熟练使用 Minitab/JASP数据分析工具优先

• RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY / 职责和权限
• Cooperate with development (PD) and Metallization PE to develop cost-effective in-house film against external supplier to boost voltage resistance, current endurance, damp heat resistance and service life. 协同产品研发以及镀膜工艺部门开发开发有竞争力的自镀金属化膜，提升薄膜电容耐压、耐流、耐湿热及使用寿命。
• Work with product development (PD) and Metallization PE set up metallized film technical specification (IFA).

与产品研发以及镀膜工艺部门一起协作制定内部金属化镀膜技术规范(IFA)。

• Responsible for internal / external metallized films and metallization production related raw materials new supplier release. Including sampling, reliability test, pilot trial and mass release according to APQP procedure.

按照APQP 流程负责内部和外购金属膜，以及镀膜相关原材料新供应商的样品验证、测试、中试与量产放行。

• Analyze competitor metallization film performance, deliver benchmark reports. 分析竞品镀膜性能，输出对标技术报告。
• Provide technical support for product development (PD) and MET production for new technology development, quality improvement & cost-down projects, production process optimization. 为产品研发和镀膜生产在技术创新、品质提升、降本和优化产线工艺项目等方面提供镀膜技术支持。
• Finalize project targets, set priorities, fix milestones and keep time schedules.

设立项目目标并设立优先级，确定里程碑并保证工作进度。

• Comply with national laws, statutes, policies, labor disciplines and company's rules and regulations. /
