压铸技术工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责/Job Responsibilities: 1、负责生产过程中的工艺项目点检；

Be responsible for the spot check of process items in the production process； 2、负责产品质量检查确认；

Responsible for product quality inspection and confirmation； 3、负责协助生产过程中生产异常处置，包含模具、设备、品质、人员异常；

Responsible for assisting in the production process of abnormal handling, including mold, equipment, quality, personnel abnormal； 4、负责监督、通报生产工艺执行；

Responsible for monitoring and reporting the implementation of the production process； 5、负责协助生产依据《模具安装作业指导书》安装模具，并进行生产前的点检；

Responsible for assisting production according to“Mold installation work instruction” installation mold, and pre-production inspection； 6、负责生产过程中生产中断≥30分钟停机问题汇总及参与问题改善实施；

Responsible for the production interruption ≥30 minutes in the production process of downtime problem summary and participate in the problem improvement implementation； 7、负责喷头的清理及调整；

Clean and adjust the shower head； 8、参与生产现场作业改善及质量提升工作；

Participate in the production site Operation Improvement and quality improvement； 9、负责上级领导安排的其它事宜；

Responsible for other matters arranged by the superior； 任职资格/Qualifications for the position: 1、大专以上学历，材料学、机械设计与制造背景优先；

College degree or above, material science, mechanical design and manufacturing background is preferred； 2、3年以上压铸企业同岗位工作经验；

More than 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment； 3、能够熟练操作力劲、东洋、意德拉等不同型号压铸机、ABB机器人、切边机等配套设备；

Proficient in operating various types of die-casting machines such as Lijin, Dongyang, and ITRA, as well as ABB robots, edge cutting machines, and other supporting equipment； 4、针对不同产品能够熟练调整模具喷涂；

Proficient in adjusting mold spraying for different products； 5、能够快速识别压铸产品内部及外部缺陷，并通过缺陷制定出对应的纠正措施；

Capable of quickly identifying internal and external defects in die-casting products, and developing corresponding corrective measures based on the defects；

6、现场作业指导书、工艺文件编写；

On site operation manual and process document writing；

7、独立进行新产品试制；

Independently conduct trial production of new products；

8、量产产品生产过程优化、品质优化，并将优化项目形成标准文件；

Optimize the production process and quality of mass-produced products, and form standard documents for optimization projects；
