采购实习生

该职位来源于猎聘 职位描述： 1. 协助收集，汇总、相关日常采购数据，并使用相关软件进行数据整理和分析； -Assist in the collection, aggregation, and related daily purchasing data. Using relevant software for data organization and analysis. 2. 保持与内部使用者或供应商的良好沟通，以确保日常采购工作的顺利进行； -Maintain good communication with internal users or suppliers to ensure the smooth running of daily procurement work. 3. 处理相关采购合同的存档核验； -Handling the archival verification of relevant procurement contracts. 4. 协助采购部处理所交付的其他日常工作。 -Assist the Purchasing Department with other daily tasks as assigned. 岗位要求： 1.本科及以上学历，机械制造、材料工程等相关专业； -Undergraduate degree or above, in-school students majoring in machinery manufacturing, materials engineering or other related majors. 2.熟练运用office相关软件，尤其excel； -Skills in using Office 365 software, especially Excel. 3.主动积极，较强的责任心和团队合作能力、压力承受能力等； -Proactive, strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, ability to undertake pressure, etc.. 4.英语熟练，有较强的学习力，乐于接受有挑战性的工作。 -Proficient in English, strong learning ability, willing to accept challenging work. 出勤天数：一周 5天 Days of Attendance: 5 Days a week 实习薪酬：120-150元 Internship salary: 120-150 RMB 工作地点：上海市闵行区申学路201号 Work location: No. 201 Shenxue Road, Minhang District, Shanghai
