台架测试工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 Main Responsibilities / Tasks: 主要职责/任务：

• Follow up ITT weekly queue and test plan, and make sure the planned test can be finished as internal & external customer demand 根据ITT 周队列和测试计划跟踪测试，确保测试能够按照内部和外部的要求完成
• Learning the testing spec and create ITT-MDP, be able to write the perf & NVH Dyno program, (like the SPT file of Pro-link and PRV of TecSA, Local Dyno PRO ) 解读测试规范并创建ITT-MDP，具备独立创建性能和NVH Dyno程序（如Pro-Link SPT ， TecSA PRV， PRO文件）
• Analysis the Perf & NVH testing data (like temp, torque, pressure, friction µ and basic spectrum data), be able to recognize the abnormal 对Perf & NVH Dyno测试数据分析和处理(如温度，扭矩，压力，摩擦系数及其基本的频谱数据)，能够识别出异常
• Be able to create the Dyno test report, with the deep knowledge of Link standard formula and skilled in using excel VB 能够创建Dyno 测试报告， 对Link函数 和Excel VB有深刻的了解并可熟练使用Excel
• Unexpected Dyno results analysis capability improvement to support internal depts needs 要具备分析排查试验异常的能力，包括但不限于试验结果的异常，试验样件使用不当
• Know Perf & NVH Dyno (Link & TecSA) and rotating machinery, can the basic maintenance of Perf & NVH Dyno in SW &HW issue 了解熟悉Perf 和NVH Dyno，对旋转机械有一定的经验，能够处理解决一些基础Dyno软硬件异常问题
• Work together with ITT WX and Barge team, discuss and review the critical and challenging point during project in DV and PV phase

协同ITT无锡和海外部门，在项目开发阶段讨论并回顾测试的难点和挑战性问题

• Optimize test work follow, and improve test quality 优化测试流程，提升测试质量
• Other works assigned by the manager 服从并配合完成经理安排的相关任务
• Comply with ESH policy and procedure, implement ESH responsibilities，carry out ESH activities, keep all operations in line with ESH requirements and deliver ESH performance 遵守ESH政策，履行ESH职责，开展ESH各项活动，确保工作符合ESH要求，达成ESH绩效 Qualifications/Requirements: 资质/要求：
• Proficient on communication, having cognitive flexibility and Adaptive Thinking; 有高效的沟通技巧，具备认知弹性和适应性思维；
• Good at Excel, formulation and VBA in excel; 精通Excel、Excel的公式计算，擅长VBA编程；
• Prefer have experience in automotive industry or brake system, or Link & TecSa dyno work experience, bachelor degree or above (not limited, and prefer experience); ***在制动或者机械行业，有外企测试工作经验，学历***本科以上（不限定，更看重能力），有Link或TecSA dyno 设备工作经验的优先；
• Good ability on management, family will mechanical and electric; 有一定的设备管理能力，对机械和电气有一定的基础；
• Hard working, be accountable, take initiative to learn, responsible, detail oriented; 吃苦耐劳，有责任心，有一定的担当和主动学习能力, 工作细致；
• Good ability on data analysis, calculation; 有一定的数据整理，处理，分析能力
