- 主責單位之行政、財務及人事管理，督導行政支援同工，管理班組及部分社工同事
- 帶領團隊分析地區需要及單位的優劣勢以制訂年度計劃及服務發展方向
- 參與地區會議，建立地區網絡與合作伙伴關係
- 註冊社工，社會工作學位或以上
- 五年社工經驗，具青少年服務及行政管理經驗更佳
- 良好中英文及溝通能力
- 熟悉MS Office及中英文輸入，具電腦文書及數據統計能力
- 對青少年工作有抱負，願意作出新嘗試及接受挑戰
- 盡責及良好人際關係技巧
