- 事工拓展：發展機構與地區教會及基督教機構結成福音夥伴關係，發揮屬靈影響力
- 使命實踐：推行多元化基督教活動，包括個別關顧、小組靈修，大型祈禱會或福音活動等
- 福音及心靈培育：協助各部門推行福音及心靈培育等工作，凝聚團隊，促進同工靈命成長
- 行政與推廣：負責日常行政與跨部門協調；運用電腦處理文書與數據、組織及發布資訊，促進事工發展
- 大學畢業，持基督教研究或神學相關文憑
- 一年工作經驗；具社福機構、基督教團體或教會服侍經驗優先
- 良好中英文及溝通能力；熟悉MS Office及中英文輸入
- 主動、熱愛團隊合作，並對傳福音有熱誠
