主要職責：
- 負責提供臨床督導及前線服務包括：為前線社工提供個別 / 小組督導、個案諮詢 / 研討會，處理複雜及困難個案，支援中心經理之行政工作，以及協助高級經理發展
- 推行和評估各項臨床計劃，並為更生服務進行服務策略分析、計劃和發展等工作
職位要求：
- 註冊社工，流利中英文書寫及溝通技巧
- 熟悉不同輔導技巧及專業介入模式
- 主動、熱誠，具獨立工作及組織能力和團隊合作精神
- 具五年或以上社會工作服務及臨床督導經驗者優先
- 獲聘用者須進行「性罪行定罪紀錄查核」
