主要職責：
- 負責為殘疾人士和精神復元人士提供職前培訓、個案輔導和支援服務，以及建立僱主和導師網絡
- 因應服務使用者及較複雜的個案作臨床專業評估及提供適切的介入或轉介服務
職位要求：
- 具本地大學所頒發之學士學位或同等學歷或以上
- 具備最少三年相關經驗
- 註冊社工優先
- 成熟、具獨立工作及組織能力
- 主動熱誠、勇於接受挑戰
- 獲聘用者須進行「性罪行定罪紀錄查核」
