该职位来源于猎聘 一、岗位职责: 1、协助部门人员进行大型团队资料整理、客户联络、文档处理等工作; 2、在指导下完成活动方案制订以及客户沟通; 3、协助部门与航空公司、地接社、酒店等供应商进行沟通工作; 4、协助大型会议现场服务工作以及活动现场执行工作: 5、协助维护客户关系，提升客户服务满意度。 二、任职要求： 1、应届本科及以上学历，专业不限，会展、旅游管理、外语类专业优先考虑: 2、身体健康，成绩优良，在校期间担任学生于部或组织过社团工作者优先; 3、表达能力强，做事认真仔细，抗压能力强，能承受较大工作压力: 4、熟练操作办公软件及设备，获取外语等级证书或各级奖励者优先考虑
