- 负责理化实验室日常运营管理，确保检测数据准确率≥99.5%
- 主导分析方法开发与验证，每年完成≥3个新方法的技术转移
- 统筹GMP认证准备工作，确保理化板块零关键缺陷项
- 管理15人以上技术团队，年度培训覆盖率100%
任职要求：
- 分析化学/药学相关专业本科，硕士学历优先
2.5年以上制药企业理化检测经验，3年团队管理经验
- 精通HPLC、GC等分析技术，主导过≥2次FDA/EMA审计
- 熟悉ICH Q2方法验证要求，具有LIMS系统实施经验
