该职位来源于猎聘 岗位要求： 1. 五年以上塑胶模具设计经验，熟悉嵌入五金件注塑成型的产品结构，有量产品相关设计经验； 2. 熟悉注塑工艺，如能操作注塑机更好； 3. 前期产品的可行性分析和DFM打合及产品的修改； 4. 有统计公差分析能力，特殊特性尺寸和行位公差管理方面的经验； 5. 有汽车零配件和结构件开发跟进经验，模具开发和管理； 6. 精通3D CAD UGNX和 2D Auto CAD软件； 7. 综合素质良好，能承受工作压力和快节奏的工作效率； 8. 积极主动、敢于担当，具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。 福利：五天八小时制，双休，工资12K。提供住宿
