该职位来源于猎聘 核心职责 1、负责眼科产品市场洞察与竞争分析，制定产品策略、定位及中长期路线图 2、主导新产品上市规划及全生命周期管理，协同跨部门推动落地执行 3、搭建并维护眼科KOL及临床专家网络，推动学术合作与临床证据积累 4、开发销售工具及培训体系，为销售团队和渠道伙伴提供产品赋能 5、对接全球市场团队，确保本地策略与全球品牌战略一致 任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，生命科学、生物医学工程、临床医学、眼科学或相关专业 2、3–5年以上医疗器械行业产品市场经验，眼科领域优先 3、熟悉眼科临床场景及手术设备，具备较强的市场分析与策略规划能力 4、优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力及演讲呈现能力 5、中英文流利
