该职位来源于猎聘 任职要求： 1、中专及以上学历，4年以上车铣复合加工经验； 2、熟练操作津上MO6、斗山3050L及刀塔机床，精通手工编程与调试； 3、具备较强识图能力，能独立解析复杂零件图纸工艺； 4、对刀专业能力突出，熟练使用常用量具，能优化刀具路径提升效率； 5、熟悉常见材料（如不锈钢、铝合金）加工特性，能处理现场技术问题。 岗位职责： 负责机床调试、换型及首件确认，确保加工精度与效率； 依据图纸编写工艺规程，独立完成对刀、参数设定及设备维护； 监控加工过程，优化切削参数，降低刀具损耗和废品率； 记录生产数据，协同质量部门分析并改善异常问题；
