该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： 1.负责乘员保护（正碰、侧碰）及相关零部件仿真模型的搭建和调试 2.负责乘员保护 CAE 结果分析，提出优化方案 3.负责编制乘员保护仿真分析报告 4.负责对整车试验结果仿真对标 5.支持其他乘员保护性能开发相关工作 任职要求： 1.了解整车开发流程，熟悉整车乘员保护性能开发流程 2.熟悉 C - NCAP / C - IASI / Euro NCAP 规程，参与过两个以上整车项目优先 3.能够独立完成乘员保护仿真零部件、子系统模型搭建及计算 4.熟悉乘员保护相关产品结构及性能指标，对假人伤害机理具有深入研究 5.精通 ANSA 、PRIMER 、DYNA 、META 、HYPERWORKS 等有限元分软件 6.全日制本科以上学历，五年以上乘员保护开发经验
