该职位来源于猎聘 岗位要求 Requirement: -大专以上学历,机械设计及自动化相关专业 -5年以上铝合金机加工CNC相关工作经验, -熟悉工装夹具的设计及优化 -熟练应用APQP/项目管理方法进行新产品的开发；
- 熟悉TS16949、QS9000. 岗位职责 Responsible:-理解产品相关的顾客要求和技术文件，包括 铸件、成品图纸等 -根据图纸要求，制订产品的检测方案，刀具方案、夹具方案 -绘制现场布局图，合理布置工位器具，方便现场流转 -按照产品开发节点，确保项目按时完成； -负责新产品检具设计，确保设计合理，操作简便，并跟踪制作进度 -负责新产品夹具设计，确保夹具定位稳定可靠，排屑通畅，易于装夹，且具有防错功能， 同时跟踪制作进度 -负责新产品试制，对试制过程中问题进行总结，并反馈相关部门直至问题解决 -负责新产品生产中的问题跟踪； -负责 PFMEA&和控制计划的编制
