该职位来源于猎聘 1. 主导新产品导入（NPI），负责DFM（可制造性设计）评审与工艺方案制定；
- 优化产品测试方案，提升良率并降低生产成本；
- 解决量产中的技术难题，推动自动化测试/生产设备开发；
- 衔接研发与生产，确保光模块产品设计可制造、可量产。
- 管理工程团队，培养技术骨干。
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，电子/光学/通信工程相关专业；
- 5年以上高速电子/光器件产品工程经验，熟悉COB/BOX封装工艺优先；
- 了解信号完整性分析、光学耦合等关键技术优先；
