- 负责猎头交付项目群日常运营与信息对接，确保项目流程高效运转
- 过滤与筛选群内关键信息，提升项目信息处理准确率至98%以上
- 协助顾问进行候选人简历与岗位的匹配度初步判断，日均处理量不低于30份
- 支持项目数据整理与分析，每周输出至少2份项目运营进度报告
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历在校生，人力资源管理、工商管理等相关专业优先
- 具备优秀的项目运营思维和出色的信息筛选与沟通协调能力
- 熟悉招聘流程，拥有基础的简历筛选与岗位匹配度判断能力
- 能熟练使用Office办公软件，每周保证至少3天到岗，实习期不少于3个月
