- 车门内饰板 2. 设计能力
- 熟悉结构布置、空间包络、接口匹配相关知识
- 熟练使用 CATIA V5/V6 进行三维建模、装配设计以及 DMU 数字样机分析
- 具备 A 级曲面可行性分析能力
- 熟悉塑料材料相关知识
- 能够完成车门内饰板子系统及零部件设计
- 熟悉通用塑料件设计规范、制造工艺及模具设计
- 能够创建与维护物料清单（BOM）
- 可支撑 PIV 矩阵及项目计划管理工作 3. 整车开发相关经验
- 至少 5 年车门内饰板设计经验
- 拥有造型同步、制造可行性分析相关经验
- 熟悉整车开发流程
- 优秀的沟通与汇报能力
- 能够对接海外供应商，统筹推进质量、成本、项目进度及技术指标协商工作 4. 语言能力
- 英语流利为硬性要求，需具备读写能力，口语优先，掌握法语者优先 5. 软件技能
- CATIA V5/V6
- 微软 Office 办公软件
- 掌握 3DCOM/PLM 系统者优先 备注术语说明： DMU：Digital Mock-Up，数字样机 Class A surface：A 级曲面（汽车外饰 / 内饰可见高品质曲面） BOM：物料清单 PIV：汽车行业项目指标矩阵（Project Indicator Matrix） PLM：产品生命周期管理系统
