该职位来源于猎聘 岗位要求 1.本科及以上学历，硕士优先，化学相关专业优先 2.有5年左右质量管理或客户相关工作经验优先 3.熟练运用质量工具，具备统计知识和数据分析能力
- 良好的口头和书面报告能力，善于撰写技术报告 5.良好的协调沟通能力、分析问题解决问题的能力
主要工作职责 1.负责对客户提出的质量相关调查问卷进行及时有效的回复 2.根据客户和公司需要，定期和客户进行质量会议，了解客户需求，并对会议AR和公司相关部门进行评估推进，及时和客户沟通 3.对客户提出的抱怨进行跟进，和AE以及Sales等一起理清客户端问题并反馈至内部相应部门，推动内部原因调查和实施改善措施，并将调查结果反馈给客户 4.组织协调客户审核的准备和实施工作 5.客户相关变更报告的审核，以及和客户的沟通，协调内部对客户要求的跟进 6.参与产品规格和控制限的建立和优化，并负责和客户进行沟通
