精益生产工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 任职资格： 1、精益战略与体系搭建落地 统筹工厂精益生产年度规划，拆解年度降本、提效指标并制定落地计划；搭建并完善标准化作业、绩效管控、持续改善长效机制； 主导5S、VSM 价值流、TPM、SMED 快速换模、防错 Poka-Yoke、看板拉动等精益模块在全厂区推广落地，常态化复盘改善成效。 2、IE 现场改善与效率提升 开展工时测定、动作研究、作业分解、线平衡分析，建立、修订全工序标准工时库与SOP 标准作业文件； 识别产线瓶颈工位、人员负荷失衡、动作冗余等浪费，输出线平衡优化方案，提升OEE、人均产出、UPPH等核心效率指标；优化车间厂区 Layout 布局、AGV 物流路线、线边物料排布与人机工程，压缩物料搬运距离，降低在制品WIP 堆积，改善员工作业疲劳度，规避SHE 安全隐患。

3、降本增效专项项目管理 独立牵头降本增效全流程项目，负责立项、方案设计、跨部门落地、数据复盘、成果固化； 围绕人工成本、物料报废、辅料损耗、能耗、设备停机损耗、返工返修等维度深挖改善空间，量化核算项目收益； 跟踪制造成本波动，分析工艺异常、设备故障、装配缺陷带来的损耗，输出整改方案，持续压降制造成本与报废成本。 4、产能规划与车间数字化升级 评估工序自动化、数字化改造可行性与投资回报率ROI，协同推进车间数字化、智能化升级。 5、组织赋能与跨部门协同 策划精益文化全员推广，面向班组长、技术员、一线员工开展IE、精益、SPS体系培训辅导； 统筹全员改善提案活动，负责改善项目立项、过程指导、验收评审； 联动生产、设备、质量、物流、工艺等部门协同解决生产异常、交付瓶颈；对接集团总部及海外工厂SPS 部门，对标全球优秀改善案例本土化落地；整理改善成果材料，配合客户、专家、政府来访参观展示。 6、数据管理与日常工作 搭建 SQDC、稼动率、损耗、交付周期等指标监控台账，定期输出数据分析报告、改善周报/ 月报； 完成上级交办的其他临时工作。 任职资格： 1、本科以上学历，工业工程等相关专业； 2、5年以上制造业精益生产\工业工程相关工作经验； 3、熟悉EHS管理工具； 4、熟悉工业自动化原理； 5、优秀的沟通能力、风险及问题解决能力； 6、熟练使用各类办公软件； 7、英文流利。 Job Responsibilities

• Lean strategy & system implementation Formulate annual lean production plans, decompose cost reduction & efficiency improvement targets, and establish standardized work, KPI management and continuous improvement mechanism. Promote lean tools including 5S, VSM, TPM, SMED, Poka-Yoke & Kanban across assembly lines and regularly review improvement results.
• On-site IE optimization & efficiency upgrading Conduct time study, motion analysis and line balancing, build & update standard work hour library and SOP documents. Identify production bottlenecks and wastes, deliver optimization plans to lift OEE and output per capita. Optimize workshop layout, AGV logistics, on-site material arrangement and ergonomics, cut WIP inventory, reduce labor fatigue and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• End-to-end cost reduction projects (Core Responsibility) Lead full-lifecycle cost-saving projects, including project initiation, scheme formulation, cross-department implementation, data verification and result consolidation. Reduce labor cost, material scrap, energy consumption, downtime and rework loss, quantify economic benefits, analyze abnormal manufacturing cost and deliver corrective measures steadily.
• Capacity planning & Digital upgrading support Assess automation & digital transformation ROI and promote workshop intelligent upgrading.
• Team training & cross-department coordination Organize lean & IE training for frontline supervisors and operators, manage company-wide Kaizen proposal activities from initiation to acceptance. Cooperate with production, maintenance, quality, logistics teams to resolve abnormal issues and delivery risks; align with global Scania SPS team and localize international excellent cases; prepare presentation documents for external visits and audits.
• Data statistics & routine administration Build KPI tracking system for SQDC, equipment availability and lead time, deliver regular analysis reports; finish other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor. Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Industrial engineering & engineering; 2.5 years experiences in manufacturing field, Automotive industry is even betters;
• Familiar with SHE management tools, such as BBS, LOTO,JSA…
• Legal & corporate SHE requirements compliance on machine and safety aspect;
• Good communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills;
• Lean manufacturing/SPS core methods;
• Problem solving and Risk management;
• Project management skill; Supply chain basics;
• Change management and deviation handling;
• Industrial automation principles (SCADA, MES…);ERP/SAP knowledge; CAD/Power BI intermediate;
• Fluent oral and written English.
