该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1、负责公司产品的售后服务，兼顾部分技术及售前工作 2、协助销售工程师及分公司销售经理处理客户反馈的问题 3、负责所在区域公司销售产品的安装、调试、技术培训、维修和升级工作 4、发展维护良好的客户关系，参与执行客户服务计划 5、负责客户满意度反馈 任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，工科专业背景者优先 2、从事自动化、机械行业售后服务工作在职或研发设计人员优先 3、熟悉各类工艺过程控制，熟悉操作PLC、常规仪表者优先 4、愿意长期从事售后服务工作，自我学习能力强，接受出差 5、工作独当一面，具备较强的动手能力及处理解决问题的能力 6、熟练运用Office软件 7、过往外企工作经验、具有良好的英语沟通能力者优先
