该职位来源于猎聘 职位概述：根据专业的医学背景，通过主动地联系客户，为客户推荐第二诊疗意见/案件管理等服务，完成转诊的同时，保证客户的服务体验，达到控费和客户满意双赢。 岗位职责： 1、负责大型医疗案件的管理，完成控费的同时，提供个性化的服务给到高端团险客户； 2、负责择期手术和大型检查的转诊，管理好客户预期保证转诊的完成；
3、推荐全球性的服务项目给到客户，增加客户满意度；
岗位要求： 1、本科及以上学历，医护相关专业； 2、2年以上临床护理工作经验，拥有护士资格证，有健康险/高端健康险从业经验优先； 3、较好的英文能力，英语口语交流顺畅；
