该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：
- 负责AI服务器液冷板、分水器等核心散热部件的真空钎焊工艺开发与优化
- 主导真空钎焊工艺参数的制定与验证，确保产品合格率； 3. 编制并维护焊接工艺文件、作业指导书及质量检验标准， 4. 解决生产现场真空钎焊技术难题 5. 对接研发与生产部门，确保新产品真空钎焊工艺顺利导入并实现量产
任职要求：
- 材料工程、焊接技术与工程等相关专业大专及以上学历
- 具备3年以上真空钎焊工艺实际工作经验，熟悉铝合金、不锈钢等材料特性
- 熟练掌握真空钎焊设备操作、维护及工艺调试，能独立完成工装夹具设计
- 具备强烈的责任心、团队协作精神及解决复杂技术问题的能力
