该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、协助recruiter进行全流程招聘，包括但不限于职位发布、简历筛选、面试邀约与接待、面试反馈跟进及招聘数据整理。 2、人力部门其他相关工作 任职要求： 学历背景：本科或硕士在读学生，专业不限，人力资源、心理学、工商管理等相关专业优先。 实习时间：能保证每周至少3-4天出勤，持续实习3个月以上者优先。 办公技能：熟练使用Office办公软件（Excel、PPT），具备一定的数据处理能力；会使用PS/PR/可画等设计剪辑软件是加分项。 综合素质： 性格开朗，具备良好的沟通协调能力和抗压能力； 工作细心，有责任心；
