该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责 负责酶催化多肽合成方向研发与项目执行，独立设计方案、推进实验、优化工艺 开展酶开发、酶进化、蛋白表达纯化、酶催化反应、多肽制备及后处理优化 完成文献调研、项目进展汇报与结题总结 对接国内外客户，英文沟通项目进度与技术方案 协助团队技术攻关，提升研发效率与项目交付质量 任职要求 博士，生物类 + 有机化学交叉背景 具备酶法合成多肽、多肽制备 / 修饰 / 工艺优化相关经历 熟练掌握大肠 / 枯草 / 酵母表达系统，精通蛋白纯化工艺 熟悉 HPLC/GC/LC-MS 操作与数据分析 英语六级以上，读写流利、可英文沟通汇报者优先 加分：AI 蛋白设计、有机合成交叉、海外留学 / 独立负责项目经验
