机械维修工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities / 岗位职责： 1. 负责组织维修人员对全厂设备及附属设备进行机械部分应急维修和预防性维修工作，制作和修理机械备品备件工作；Organize technicians to carry out mechanical emergency repair and preventive maintenance for all productive machines and make out relative spare parts plan. 2. 参与制定预防性维修计划和预防性维修保养文件，按期实施维修计划；Make out preventive maintenance plan and documents, implement maintenance according to the plan. 3. 负责对维修人员的技术培训工作，提高员工的技术素质和工作效率；Train technicians to improve their technical performance and work efficiency. 4. 收集和管理有关维修工作的技术资料；Collect and manage technical documentation on repairs. 5. 负责维修的安全管理工作，杜绝工伤事故的发生; Manage maintenance safety to avoid accidents. 6. 处理机修工不能解决的疑难故障和问题; Troubleshoot on mechanical repairs technician can’t fixed. 7. 降低设备的停机时间; Reduce equipment downtime. 8. 负责设备的安装调试工作。Equipment installation and commission work. Minimum Experience & Qualifications / 岗位要求：

• Education: 大专以上学历，机械液压类专业Above college in mechanical or hydraulic major
• Experience: 5年以上工作经验At least 5 years related work experience.
• Technical know-how:
• 机械液压维修经验，机械液压知识精通，能够用AUTO-CAD软件制作相关机械图纸; Proficient and with the experience of mechanical and hydraulic, Familiar with AUTO-CAD to make out mech. drawings. b. 英语能沟通，能看懂英文图纸; English can be used for communication and reading. c. 良好的团队合作和吃苦耐劳的精神. Good teamwork and hard-working spirit.
