该职位来源于猎聘 The Mechanical Material Sourcing Engineer is responsible for supporting sourcing activities for mechanical materials, including supplier identification, RFQ follow-up, quotation comparison, cost reduction support, and supplier coordination. This role works with internal teams and suppliers to help ensure mechanical materials are sourced with competitive cost, required quality, and on-time delivery. 机械物料寻源工程师负责支持机械类物料的寻源工作，包括供应商识别、询价跟进、报价比较、降本支持及供应商协调。该岗位需与内部团队及供应商协作，协助确保机械物料以有竞争力的成本、符合要求的质量和及时交付完成采购寻源。

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for mechanical materials, such as machined parts, castings, forgings, sheet metal, fabricated parts, fasteners, and related components. 制定并执行机械物料寻源策略，包括机加工件、铸件、锻件、钣金件、焊接件、紧固件及相关零部件。
• Identify, evaluate, qualify, and onboard new suppliers according to company requirements. 根据公司要求识别、评估、认证并导入新供应商。
• Lead RFQ, quotation analysis, price negotiation, supplier selection, and contract discussion. 主导询价、报价分析、价格谈判、供应商选择及合同条款沟通。
• Drive cost reduction initiatives through competitive bidding, localization, supplier consolidation, and value engineering. 通过竞争性报价、本地化、供应商整合及价值工程推动降本项目。
• Work with engineering, quality, project, and manufacturing teams to ensure suppliers meet technical, quality, cost, and delivery requirements. 与工程、质量、项目及制造团队合作，确保供应商满足技术、质量、成本和交付要求。
• Monitor supplier performance and support issue resolution related to quality, delivery, cost, and service. 跟踪供应商绩效，并支持解决质量、交付、成本和服务相关问题。
• Identify supply risks and develop mitigation plans, including dual sourcing and supplier development actions. 识别供应风险并制定应对措施，包括双供应源和供应商能力提升行动。
• Maintain sourcing data, supplier information, price records, and savings reports in procurement systems. 在采购系统中维护寻源数据、供应商信息、价格记录和降本报告。 职位要求： 1. 3–5 years of sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or manufacturing experience in mechanical commodities. 具备3–5年机械类物料寻源、采购、供应商管理或制造相关经验。
• Familiar with mechanical materials and processes, such as machining, casting, forging, welding, sheet metal, surface treatment, and assembly. 熟悉机械材料及工艺，如机加工、铸造、锻造、焊接、钣金、表面处理及装配。
• Good skills in supplier sourcing, cost analysis, negotiation, contract management, and project coordination. 具备良好的供应商寻源、成本分析、商务谈判、合同管理及项目协调能力。
• Able to read technical drawings and communicate with engineering and suppliers on technical requirements. 能够阅读技术图纸，并与工程团队和供应商沟通技术要求。
• Strong communication, problem-solving, ownership, and result-oriented mindset. 具备较强的沟通能力、问题解决能力、责任心和结果导向意识。
• Good English communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office. ERP experience is preferred. 具备良好的英语沟通能力，熟练使用Microsoft Office；有ERP系统经验者优先。
