What they need
職責：
制定詳細的項目施工計劃、進度表及資源分配方案，確保項目各階段按時達成
監控項目開支，審查工程變更（VO），優化資源配置，將成本控制在預算範圍內
領導地盤管理團隊，協調並監督各分判商的工作進度與施工質量
與業主、建築師、顧問公司相關部門保持高效溝通，解決施工期間的技術及行政問題
嚴格執行、質量標準及安全指引，實現的安全目標
擁有至少 5-10 年 或以上的大型大樓建築地盤（如住宅、商廈、醫院或綜合發展項目）工程管理經驗，其中至少 3-5 年 擔任項目經理或同等管理職位之經驗
具備「精裝修 」全週期管理經驗者優先
