职位描述： 1、开发基于衍生品（期权、期货、结构化产品等）的量化策略； 2、设计衍生品策略产品并负责产品投资运作、实时盯市、资金管理等； 3、协助销售对接服务渠道及高净值客户； 4、协助制作产品宣传材料及参与路演； 5、完成公司交付的其他工作。 任职要求： 1、全日制大学本科及以上学历，数学、物理、统计、金融工程、计算机等专业，硕士及博士优先。 2、熟悉期权定价、Greeks管理、波动率模型等衍生品相关理论基础 3、具备3年以上衍生品策略研究或投资交易经验
