该职位来源于猎聘 1.具备分子生物学相关方法开发技术，熟练掌握 质控某一领域如：ELISA检验、基因与编辑技术、结果分析等必要的知识、技能，具备原辅料/中间品/成品检测、样品取样、仪器校准与维护、质量管理、方法建立、方法优化、方法验证、计算机化系统验证、稳定性检测/管理等能力；
- 熟悉作业流程和程序，能够运用现有的程序和能力解决常规性问题，如，进行实验室超趋势/超标结果处理、偏差处理工作，只在例外的情况下需要适当的指导。 3.,熟悉GMP、各国药典、相关法规、国内外质量体系。
- 掌握偏差分析、变更评估、实验室调查、质量标准评估、风险评估与应对等知识 5.硕士及以上学历，具备3个及以上PCR方法建立与优化经验优先
