该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.负责医药行业深度研究，覆盖肿瘤、免疫等核心治疗领域，年产出深度研究报告不少于12份 2.跟踪全球药物靶点研发动态，建立并维护包含100+个靶点的数据库，每月更新1次 3.分析竞争格局与市场趋势，为公司新药研发管线布局提供至少3个可行性建议方案 4.支持公司战略决策，参与制定年度研发预算与资源配置计划，确保信息准确率95%以上 任职要求： 1.硕士及以上学历，药学、生物学、医学等相关专业，3年以上医药行业研究或咨询经验 2.精通药物靶点作用机制与研发流程，熟悉FDA、NMPA等监管审批路径 3.具备出色的数据分析与逻辑推理能力，能独立完成市场规模预测与竞争分析 4.熟练使用医药数据库（如Citeline、Pharmaprojects）及Office办公软件，英语六级以上
