该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1、负责产品售后支持及校准服务。 2、为故障产品提供解决方案。 3、协助国内外客户完成校准服务。 4、为客户提供故障答疑并收集故障问题反馈。 5、配合团队完成售后服务相关工作。 任职要求： 1、电子信息、自动化、测控技术与仪器等相关专业。 2、具有一定的编程能力；至少熟练应用C/C++/Python/Matlab中的一种编程语言。 3、英语CET4级或以上，听说读写流利；能与海外同事&客户良好沟通。 4、具备良好的学习能力、沟通能力和团队协作精神。 5、态度积极，工作认真负责。
