岗位职责： 1、协助完成社招岗位及实习生岗位的全流程招聘工作，包括职位发布、简历筛选、面试安排及候选人跟进； 2、参与招聘渠道的维护与拓展，协助优化招聘流程； 3、支持招聘数据的整理与分析，定期输出招聘进展报告。 任职要求： 1、本科或硕士在读，人力资源、管理学等相关专业优先； 2、对招聘工作有兴趣，具备良好的沟通能力和责任心； 3、熟练使用Office办公软件，有招聘或HR相关实习经验者加分； 4、每周能到岗4-5天，实习期不少于3个月。
职位薪资：
150-250/天
