电子工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 *本岗位签博世（成都）合同，社保公积金缴纳在苏州 工作职责：

• Responsible for developing electronic and electrical parts. 负责开发设计电子件和电气件
• Tracking new parts release, continuous quality improvement and cost optimization. 负责新品释放，持续质量改进和降低成本
• Definition of part specification during development process. 项目开发阶段，负责定义部件规格书。
• Maintain part portfolio, control part complexity 维护部件清单及控制部件的复杂度
• As project request, need to discuss, share and present part development progress within and outside department 按照项目要求，与部门内部及外部人员讨论，分享和汇报部件开发进度 任职要求：
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field. 本科及以上学历，电子电气工程专业
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electronic design. 3年以上电子、电控相关经验
• In-depth knowledge of electronic control principles and factors affecting system performance. 精通电控原理及影响系统性能的各项因素。
• Familiarity with R&D management systems and product development processes. 熟悉研发管理体系及产品研发过程。
