岗位职责：
1.负责朗诵课程的教学工作，制定教学计划并完成授课任务
2.指导学生提升朗诵技巧，组织并参与朗诵表演活动
3.开发朗诵教学课程及配套教材
4.跟踪学员学习效果，定期反馈教学成果
任职要求：
1.全日制统招本科以上学历，播音主持、表演等相关专业优先
2.具备资深朗诵教学经验，有个人朗诵作品
3.有朗诵教学经验优先
4.热爱教育事业，具有较强的课堂组织能力和亲和力
