- 具長者社區照顧服務經驗優先
- 熟悉電腦及文書操作
- 主動、獨立、具備良好溝通技巧及團隊協作
- 需輪值及外展工作
主要工作範圍：
- 負責推行「長者社區照顧服務券計劃」，包括策劃及統籌服務、接收服務使用者、制定個人照顧計劃、督導照顧員，以及處理相關行政工作
- 協助中心日常運作
工作地點：元朗洪水橋
截止申請日期：2026 年 9 月 9 日或有關職位空缺已被填補為止
