• Developing of new/improved die bonder/die sorter equipment and maintenance and continuous development of existing equipment products throughout their life cycle. 负责半导体封装设备（固晶机、分拣机）的研发，对现有设备产品进行生命周期内的维护及持续开发
• Responsible for optimizing and evolving the architecture of the existing equipment control software. 负责优化并改进现有设备控制软件的架构
• Responsible for the development of core functions (such as upper computer control, motion control, visual inspection, etc.) and the integration and driver development of hardware (motion control driver, integration of industrial hardware such as temperature controllers, cameras, IO cards, etc., serial communication, TCP/IP communication, etc.) 负责核心功能开发（上位机控制、运动控制、视觉检测等）和硬件集成与驱动开发（运动控制驱动、温度控制器、相机、IO办卡等工业硬件集成，串口通信、TCP/IP通信等）
• Evaluate and make decisions on technical solutions, balancing performance, reliability and maintainability. 评估并决策技术方案，平衡性能、可靠性、可维护性
• Prepare evaluation and feasibility studies based on internal and external customer requirements. 针对内部和外部客户的功能要求, 进行设备研发的评估和可行性研究
• Provide suggestions during incident investigations and advise on corrective actions. 对质量事故进行调查,并提供意见及纠正措施

• Bachelor degree in software engineering or mechanical engineering or equivalent

本科学历或同等学历文凭/学位，软件工程/机械工程/自动化相关专业

• At least 5 years of experience in embedded development or real-time system development.

至少5年嵌入式开发/实时系统开发相关经验

• Have a deep understanding of real-time system programming, and possess experience in task scheduling, interrupt handling, and timing analysis. 深入理解实时系统编程，具备任务调度、中断处理、时序分析经验
• Familiar with object-oriented design patterns (such as interface separation, factory, state machine, Facade, Observer, etc.)

熟悉面向对象设计模式（接口分离、工厂、状态机、Facade、观察者等）

• Motion control: Servo control, trajectory planning (S-curve/Jerk limit), feedforward/ILC algorithms, FRF frequency domain analysis experience 运动控制：伺服控制、轨迹规划（S曲线/Jerk限值）、前馈/ILC算法、FRF频域分析经验
• Machine Vision: OpenCV, GenICam, integration of industrial cameras, experience in developing image detection algorithms 机器视觉：OpenCV、GenICam、工业相机集成、图像检测算法开发经验
• Industrial Communication: Experience with industrial buses such as Modbus-RTU, EtherCAT, IEEE 1394 (Firewire), etc. 工业通信：Modbus-RTU、EtherCAT、IEEE 1394 (Firewire) 等工业总线经验.
• Good English reading and writing skills, capable of reading and writing technical documents 良好的英语读写能力，能阅读和编写技术文档

• Willing to overtime work.
