評估長者的活動能力及跌倒風險。設計及執行個人化及小組復康訓練。指導及使用專業復康器材及樂齡科技。指導助理保健員及義工進行復康活動。持有香港認可機構頒發的物理治療學位。持有香港註冊物理治療師 (第 1a 部) 執業證書。具備三年或以上物理治療工作經驗。中英文口語及書寫良好；熟悉電腦文書處理及中英文打字。葵涌工作。每週工作 24 小時。薪酬視資歷而定。受僱人需提交性罪行定罪紀錄查核。
