- 负责医疗类目行业跨境电商平台的整体运营规划与管理，制定并执行年度/季度业务目标
- 分析海外市场趋势，优化产品布局策略，提升品类市场占有率
- 统筹跨境团队管理，协调供应链、物流、营销等环节保障业务高效运转
- 监控关键运营数据，定期输出分析报告并提出改进方案
任职要求：
1.3年以上跨境电商运营经验，具备医疗行业相关背景优先
- 精通主流跨境电商平台规则及运营逻辑，有成功产品布局案例
- 具备优秀的跨部门协调能力与团队管理经验
- 熟悉海外医疗市场政策法规，具有风险预判能力
