• Conduct recruitment activities under assigned scope to meet the objectives
• Good communication with client to understand recruitment needs
• Seek and select suitable candidates in different effective recruiting channels
• Responsible for the daily recruiting operation and whole recruiting process
• Complete recruiting data timely in HR information system
• Be able to conduct recruitment projects independently HR functions:
• Long term follow up of your consultants
• Contract renewal negotiation
• Communicate well internally with both sales department and general HR department 任职要求：
• Bachelor degree or above
• Above 2 years solid recruitment experience in Automotive /IT / Internet/ Electronic/ Telecom/ Automation industry
• Good English both in oral and writing
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Passionate, reliable, result-oriented, self-motivated, willing to work under pressure High commissions
