• EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION / 教育、学历资格证书
• Bachelor degree or above, mechanical/ material/ engineering/ electrical major (Mechanical Engineering major is preferred). / 学士学位或以上，机械、材料、工程、电气专业（机械工程专业优先）。
• EXPERIENCE / 经验
• More than 3 years work experience at related manufacturing companies with process engineering. / 在相关行业公司有三年以上工艺工程相关的工作经验。

• Six Sigma and 5S knowledge is preferred. / 懂得六西格玛和5S知识者优先。
• Can write and read in English. / 具备英语读写能力。

• Ability to do operation guidance and personnel training is preferred. / 优先考虑能够实施作业指导和教育者。
• Ability to make good use of QC, SPC, Wincc OA tools is preferred. / 优先考虑能够灵活运用QC工具,SPC, Wincc OA者。

RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY / 职责和权限

• Clearly define/prepare manufacturing process flow, process parameters and instruction. / 定义明确/适合的生产工艺流程、工艺参数和工艺用法说明。
• Manage daily production support and problem solving. / 处理日常产品支持并解决问题。
• Propose solution to reduce production scrap and quality claim. / 提出降低产品报废和品质投诉的解决方案。
• Conduct continuous process improvement and quality control strategy. / 实施持续的工艺改进和质量控制策略。
• Propose solution to improve production efficiency. / 提出提高生产效率的解决方案。
• Propose solution to reduce cost of production. / 提出降低生产成本的解决方案。
• Organize a team to handle relate issue. /组织一个团队解决相关问题。
• Comply with national laws, statutes, policies, labor disciplines and company's rules and regulations. / 严格遵守国家法律、法规和政策、劳动纪律，严格执行公司的各项规章制度。
