【工作內容】 作為華邦的(中科)製像整合工程師，你將於產品製程研發階段，接觸公司最先進的製程技術，工作內容包含：
- 負責 DRAM 及 3D IC WAT 測試鍵設計與開發
- 執行光罩圖形設計、整合及驗證作業
- 推動光罩圖形設計自動化與流程改善
- 與製程、產品開發團隊協作，支援新技術開發與量產導入
【條件要求】 學歷要求：碩士
科系要求：電機電子工程相關 │ 工程學科類(全部) │ 物理學相關
相關經驗：3年以上
語言能力：英文 中級
管理責任：No
輪班需求：No
出差需求：無
外派需求：No
其他條件：
- 具 3 年以上半導體製程、整合相關工作經驗
- 具 LDR 識讀、Layout Debug 分析能力
- 熟悉光罩設計與製備流程
- 具 layout 製圖能力尤佳
- 具記憶體、3D IC 開發相關經驗者尤佳
- 具基礎程式設計與自動化開發能力 (Shell Script, Python, VBA 等) 尤佳
