该职位来源于猎聘 优化后的职位描述： 岗位职责： 1.主导资本市场沟通工作，定期策划并执行季度机构投资者路演（2-3场/季度） 2.统筹编制年度报告及中期报告披露文件，确保符合港交所/上交所信息披露监管要求 3.持续追踪全球Top20生物制药企业估值动态，构建行业可比公司分析模型 4.维护与5家核心卖方分析师的战略合作关系，建立并完善公司卖方研究数据库 任职要求： 1.硕士研究生及以上学历，具备生物医药与金融复合教育背景（CFA/CPA持证者优先） 2.三年以上港股/美股生物科技板块投资者关系管理经验，精通18A上市监管框架 3.具备独立搭建DCF/RNAV估值模型能力，熟练运用Bloomberg/Capital IQ等专业工具 4.英语水平CET-6 580分以上，能够独立撰写英文版业绩发布会材料及投资者问答手册
